For the pita, cut pita in half and then in quarters. Place on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil, season with garlic powder and dried parsley. Then a dash of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350-degrees for 10-12 minutes.
For hummus: take one can of garbanzos, 2 cloves garlic, 1-2 Tb tahini, 1 Tb olive oil, juice from half a lemon, dash of salt and cumin. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a few dashes of water to ensure it all blends well. Serve and enjoy!
