Ingredients:
- 1 Package of Boneless/Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
- Homemade Rub Seasoning Mixture: Pepper, Paprika, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
- Kosher Salt (to taste)
- 1 TB Evoo
- 1/4-1/2 Cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Sauce
Directions:
Lay the tenderloins on a large plate to begin the seasoning process. First, sprinkle lightly with kosher salt, then follow by dusting the chicken lightly with the Homemade Rub Seasoning Mixture. Flip the tenderloins and repeat the seasoning process.
Once the chicken is seasoned, add them to a Calphalon nonstick sauté pan that has 1 TB of EVOO. Cook the chicken on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Then, flip the tenderloins and continue to cook for another five minutes. After five minutes, you can begin to baste the buffalo sauce over the chicken. Let that sit for 2 minutes, and then flip the chicken to baste the other side.
Once the chicken has been smothered with buffalo sauce, you are ready to plate. Serve with the extra sauce and enjoy!
